State. But they'll do very well as they have a few new wrestlers and good ones coming back.

Benedictine is the leader suggested on one site, but I still would not forget about St. Christopher's, Paul VI, or even Woodberry. All have some good returners, as well as solid programs. St. Christopher's seem very talented at the lightweights, maybe the best in the state of VA, they get softer as you move up.

What about LCA? Do they have anyone coming back? St. Chris may be better this year than last. They lost Janis, but I am guessing have some good JV kids coming up. What does Benedictines roster look like?

LCA lost a lot of seniors, (Atkinson, Podell, Brown, Glaize, etc), they recruited Judah Bruce and Chad Cantrell but they've only got Leffew returning from last years high placers. I expect they will take a step back from last year while they rebuild. Can't see them winning it unless everybody else also took a step backwards.

I think Benedictine is the front runner. They only lost 1 senior from last seasons team that finished 3rd and from what I have read on other forums, they have added some talent to their roster. I think STC is definitely going to be tough this year not taking anything away from them but I like Benedictine next year.

I agree, Benedictine all the way. Prada and Kelly are STC's only hope, we will see how it goes.
