Outside of any h2h at 195, I would move Aiello to 1, Allen to 2, slot Bushman at 3 and drop Gayle to 4. Again this is not including any h2h for this year. I would not have a problem keeping Gayle at 3rd and just moving Bushman to 4 either. Bushman took 4th at Powerade but he was the #2 seed so his losses to nationally ranked guys can only carry so much weight. Had he beaten at least 1 then maybe it's a different story, but all that shows is he can lose close to nationally ranked guys.
I know we've moved on but I couldn't help but chuckle when I just read this. "ALL THAT SHOWS IS HE CAN LOSE CLOSE TO NATIONALLY RANKED GUYS" That's like saying Oklahoma lost during the season so they arent worthy of being in the playoffs against undefeated Clemson.
I was waiting to hear which VA 195 has been beating nationally ranked guys after that comment quoted above.

Again this was not meant as a slight, just a comment. The person prior to my post mentioned that he should get credit for losing close to a nationally ranked wrestler and I made my comment based on that. Since I did not actually see the match I cannot make any further comments but I've seen matches that were relatively close per the score (4-2, 5-3) but if you watched the match you could see the winning wrestler was never threatened and the match was not as close as the score showed. I'm not saying that is the case, just a general comment. If you have 11 "close" losses to ranked guys, you still have 11 losses and no wins against a "quality" opponent. Again just a general comment and not meant to slight anyone.
To your point (or to mine) he was seeded higher than the guys he lost to so someone felt he "should" be able to beat those opponents.

I enjoy the respectful posts. Powerade seeds were based on last years wins/losses, state finish and such. Actually had nothing to do with who you wrestled prior or if you were already nationally ranked. If it did, Bushman would have been seeded 8th or higher but finished 4th regardless. He couldnt help his record was good and being a State Champ for the #2 seed. Im still trying to find a VA 195 thats beat a Flo ranked wrestler or came within 1 point. Freestyle doesnt count.
