Did Bushman allow his match to be decided in the last second against Hoffman? Nope.
The "#1" 220 in VA should've known better than to wait till the last 1.5 seconds to wrestle against Hoffman.
Until Winters becomes nationally ranked like Amos, doesnt get pinned by a 195, and doesnt have common opponents beating kids hes lost to, we'll just have to form our own opinions.
This has been the greatest excuse maker post for a #1 wrestler I've ever seen. Amos from what Ive seen has no excuse makers on here. Doesnt need them. He dominates in and out of the state and doesnt lose, especially to 195's.

Would be great if these two would meet at an event this year. And please tell us what you have seen. Besides Powerade what other events has Cave Springs wrestled in.

aiello is def. not #1 at 195 and 10 losses.....i dont count body of work to include always losing to like competion....unless we are going to omit 2xfinalists all american and more importantly STATE CHAMP...ill admit 182 was tough last year and now its 195 this year...oh, and amos is by far better than winters.....intermat says so

Bushman is a dang good 95 pounder. Big, athletic, and very good technique. He has taken a few losses but only to nationally ranked guys (His worst loss in the past year is Kevin Snyder in the Super 32 blood round). I would like to see him wrestle Allen, Alleio, Winters. He wrestles Amos everyday considering they're in the same room. I bet that is a fun one to watch.

first of all he is a STATE CHAMP..aiello has not won anything to speak of....look, the state is saturated enough with 6 class., do we really need to include losing as a 'win'?!....celebrating almosta, dagnabbit i coulda,,,,shazzam i wazza closeah. this pertains to the convo. of being ranked 1st..if im wrong then intermat is wrong(in terms of rankings)nite nite....bushman isnt ranked either,,intermat doesnt celebrate close losses....bushman cant beat allen...plain and simple.....thus why allen is ranked...

Yes but just because intermat says that you're ranked higher doesn't mean that you're going to win. Allen has taken more losses throughout the years than anybody nationally ranked I've ever seen. But he is ranked nationally. That doesn't take anything away from him because he competes places. My point in this post is to say that a national ranking doesn't matter and bushman is in the talk to be an HM guy nationally and Allen is in the 20-HM group. It would be a close match. Allen didn't even win a state title last year, but got majored by a guy that isn't nationally ranked.

i I would have to agree. Bushman is very good 195lb what he lacks in technique he makes up for in brute strength. His defense keeps him in the close ones but, until he improves he may find it difficult to get over the hump against better competition such as the formidable super32, iron, etc. Although, He is capable of keeping a wrestler who matches against him at bay it has and will continue to cost him in a tight match due to the lack of penetration from his inital shot. I would'nt bet the farm just yet on a repeat. Just my observations from the stands, Please don't shoot.

You know, if he gets in a good college room after high school and gets some offense he could be a darkhorse on the D1 level. His defense is already extremely good.

The obvious elephant in the room............. so no names to be mentioned. You know already, but pretend it didnt happen. West Virginia - 2x State Champion, NHSCA National Champion and Fargo Double All-American was beat yesterday. One of our own VA boys did this. Young man struggles according to this forum though. Go figure. " **** Noted, adjusted, appreciated.****

According to some people on this Forum Bushman had no chance in that match because intermat said he wouldn't win. Just proves that rankings don't decide the match. I would like to see him against Allen. Allen loses matches to unranked guys, Bushman doesn't.
