Who has the best coaching staff and why? They may not necessarily be the best, but who does the most with the talent they get?

Keith Sholders got the most out of the kids that entered his room. Westfield is lucky to have him!

So, great question, how do you evaluate the best coaching staff?
Is it best results by smallest pool of kids?
How does a school like Fauquier, Christiansburg, Cave Spring, Benedictine, St. Christopher's, or Brentsville compare considering they have a small pool of athletes to choose from?
Is it ROI or ROPA (potential athlete)?

While the pool of athletes to choose from is a factor to be considered, I believe how they develop what they have is more important. A staff that makes an average kid good, and a good kid great is a good coaching staff. How do they develop their kids, how do they build depth, how do they get their kids exposure, and what are they doing to build a program? Is there an infrastructure in place and have they created a wrestling culture in their area. These are some of the factors I would consider when looking at a coaching staff.
